Open Goals is the LFC Foundation's FREE weekly multi sports & activity sessions in local parks, for children and families. Designed to support families to be more active together and inclusive to all abilities, activities include;
Quick Cricket, Ultimate Frisbee, Orienteering Games, Hot Potato, Cat and Mouse, Bean Bag Throw, Frisbee Golf and much more!
Open Goals is suitable for children aged 5+, with parents and family members encouraged to take part!
Pre-registration is NOT required. Just turn up and play!
If the weather is too bad for a session to take place outdoors, we have indoor facilities in each location. Instead of sports, we play indoor games, activities, crafts and so much more fun!
