The LFC Foundation deliver 24 community programmes across our three impact areas; Wellbeing, Skills and Communities, every week. We're active in 20+ locations across Liverpool City Region and beyond, engaging children, young people and members of our community everyday.

Communities: Inspiring lives together

Open Goals

Open Goals is the LFC Foundation's free public parks and open spaces project aiming to get children and families more active!

Premier League Kicks Football

Kicks is the Premier League’s flagship community programme which uses the power of football and sport to inspire young people in some of the most high-need areas in England and Wales.

Premier League Kicks Girls

Our Girls Football projects creates opportunities for young women to engage in football and raises awareness of the female game within the community.

Premier League Kicks Inclusion

The LFC Foundation’s Inclusion project provides free sports activities for children, young people and adults with additional learning, behaviour, physical and sensory needs across Merseyside.                                                                                        

Premier League Kicks+

Building on the successes of the Kicks programme, Kicks+ is a new joint initiative between the LFC Foundation and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.

Mini Kicks

A specially designed coaching session for the games youngest players. Indoor Football for ages 4 to 6 at Anfield Sports Community Centre.

 

Skills: Achieving success in life

Premier League Primary Stars

Through the Primary Stars programme, the LFC Foundation works with local schools to develop skills and ambition of young people aged 5 to 11 years, in both a sports and classroom environment.

LFC Foundation's #iWill Campaign

The #iwill campaign brings together hundreds of organisations from all sectors to embed meaningful social action into the lives of young people across the UK.

Onside | supported by Merseyside Police

LFC Foundation and Merseyside Police have joined forces to help address the issues around youth and gang crime in conjunction with schools in Merseyside. 

Sports Works | Leadership through Sport & Business

Leadership through Sport & Business is a national social mobility charity and a delivery partner of the LFC Foundation. We engage students on the course with Sports Leadership qualifications.

Sports Works | Twinning Project

Backed by the Government and the UK’s leading football bodies, including the Football Association, Premier League, the LFC Foundation will be delivering Sports Leadership courses and qualifications at two Merseyside Prisons, to help tackle reoffending rates. 

Tackling Youth Homelessness | in partnership with Street Soccer Foundation

LFC Foundation has teamed up with footballing charity, The Street Soccer Foundation, to help tackle youth homelessness in Liverpool and the North West.

IntoUniversity North Liverpool | University of Liverpool

The IntoUniversity North Liverpool centre in Anfield is a new education project run by national education charity IntoUniversity in partnership with the University of Liverpool and LFC Foundation.

Wellbeing: Living healthy and happy

Military Veterans Football and Men's Health

The LFC Foundation’s Military Veterans programme aims to support male and female veterans in Liverpool City Region back into civilian life by offering football coaching sessions.

Holiday Camps

Open to both girls and boys ages 4-14, youngsters can expect a series of multi-sports activities in the camps including; football, dodgeball, cricket, handball, glow-in-the-dark sports and teamwork games!

SEN Sports & Unified Football 

The LFC Foundation provide specialist educational needs & disability sports provision to over 10 SEN schools across Liverpool City Region.

Health Goals Malawi | LSTM

LFC Foundation and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) proudly presented their ambitions for the in-country phase of their 'Health Goals Malawi' project.

MOVE | Alder Hey Children's Charity

The LFC Foundation’s specialist coaching project for Cystic Fibrosis patients, helping to encourage young CF patient’s physical activity levels, to improve lung function and quality of life.

Community Sports in partnership with Anfield Sports

Free, local community Sports sessions in partnerships with Anfield Sports & Community Centre (ASCC).

The LFC Foundation’s team of volunteers engage children, young people and family's in the community, helping to raise aspirations and build personal connections with people in the Liverpool community, through the power of the Liverpool FC.
