The LFCF Player Development Programme is a new offering by the Foundation which aims to deliver a unique football development offer for boys ands girls aged 7-14 year olds of all skills and abilities, with a clear focus on development of its players alongside local coaches, grassroot clubs and leagues.
The Player Development Programme’s mission is to deliver a unique curriculum of football, ‘The Liverpool Way,’ as a core framework to develop all its players no matter where they are on their footballing journey.
The programme is focused on creating experiences that will we shape our participants progression into young adults and give them skills that can be used throughout their lives.
For our players to get the best experience from the sessions, we do encourage that these items are purchased. The diary will be used at every session to monitor the child’s development in the long term.
The purchase of the t-shirt allows the participants in the programme to be differentiated from our other programmes.
To revolutionise developmental feedback through advanced visual detailing using Veo & Nacsport
The diary contains player self-reflection, coach feedback & structured format allowing for a transformational player/coach approach
Creation of new LFC Foundation Development Leagues affiliated to LCFA
Mentoring Initiative for local grassroots clubs and delivery and support of CPD across the grassroots game
This is an exciting new area of development for the Foundation and will allow us to deliver a wider sport offer across Merseyside.
All the income generated from our paid for offers will be reinvested to grow the number of sessions we can deliver across Liverpool City Region, and especially in underserved communities.
The paid for offer will not replace existing free sessions, in fact we have already and are looking to also increase the number of free sessions too.
If you have any queries, want to find out more or require a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.
