Job Opportunity: Casual Community Coach

The LFC Foundation are hiring and we are looking for casual coaches who can assist us with delivering on our wide range of programmes and projects.

Working as a Casual Community Coach for Liverpool FC Foundation you will be expected to plan and deliver safe, inclusive, enjoyable, ability specific coaching sessions, that are both structured and progressive.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Weekend and/ or evening availability
  • The LFC Foundation work across all 7 days including evenings and weekends in various areas and postcodes which includes Wirral, Knowsley, Sefton and Liverpool
  • Excellent communication skills
    • Vital for regular interaction with participants, staff, parents, carers, guardians and external representatives whilst representing the Club in a professional manner at all times


  • Experience in coaching football and or multi-sports related sessions
  • Experience of working with a variety of age groups (desirable)
  • Delivery in a classroom environment (desirable)

Qualifications (incl. certifications)

  • Multi-Sports or Football Level 2 coaching qualification (essential)
  • Level 1+ in other sports (desirable)
  • AFPE Level 3 (desirable)
  • FA Youth Modules (desirable)
