Become a LFC Women’s Virtual Match Day Mascot

LFC Women Celebrating

YOU could be a LFC Women’s virtual match day mascot!

Mighty Red, the clubs official mascot, is offering an amazing opportunity for LFC Foundation participants, to become a virtual mascot for each of the last 3 remaining home games for LFC Women this 20/21 season.

Together with Mighty Red, we want to recognise and celebrate our young people for their outstanding achievements whilst taking part in our programmes.

What does it involve?

  • Each home game, 2 participants from across our Foundation sessions will be nominated by their coach 10 days prior to a home match. By signing up to our sessions through Open Play, our participants are automatically in with the chance of becoming a mascot! (Please see the T&C’s at the bottom of this page!)
  • The 2 mascots will be featured on Mighty Red’s social channels 2 hours before the game.
  • Mascots will also receive a personalised message from a LFC Women’s Player.
  • Complimentary tickets to a home game of their choosing (when fans are able to return safely to stadiums)

LFC Women vs Blackburn Rovers Ladies

Sunday 28th March. KO 6:30pm

Congratulations to Paige who is one of our mascot winners for the LFC Women home fixture against Blackburn Rovers Ladies.

Kicks Girls Coordinator Leah said, ‘I have chosen Paige for being an absolute cat in goal. Her determination and concentration are inspiring and was recently shown at Sefton girls trails where Paige is now Reserve Goalkeeper! This can be a hard position for anyone to play but her positive attitude is a superb lift for not only her team but for anyone around her.’

Congratulations to Libby who is our second mascot winner.

Libby was chosen for her commitment to football as throughout last year, she was at every LFC Foundation camp we held! She was a great addition to the camps not only for her skills but her personality – always laughing, smiling and constantly showing kindness to those around her. Over the last year, the team have seen Libby’s confidence grow on and off the pitch and she is flourishing into a goal scoring machine!
