The Unity Is Strength Community Response work will now focus its efforts on four key areas: food poverty, social isolation, physical activity and wellbeing, and volunteering.
As part of our physical activity offering, Foundation staff alongwith Red Neighbours are delivering an extended weekly virtual timetable of 30+ targeted physical activity and wellbeing sessions for every age group. Alongside this, we also have tailored school sessions and open access sessions.
For adults in the family, we have new opportunities for you to get involved and get active during lockdown!
