The club’s official charity is inviting youngsters and their families to get creative during lockdown and draw, sketch, colour or paint a unique design to be featured across a special product range including t-shirts, mugs, water bottles, mouse mats, badges, and keyrings.
All profits from the collection will be donated to NHS Charities Together (registered charity 1186569) - supporting NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients, as well as supporting the LFC Foundation’s response and recovery work during the pandemic and over the coming months.
Reds first team manager, Jürgen Klopp, and captain Jordan Henderson, will form part of the judging panel and will help select the winning design.
If your design is successfully chosen, you could be in with a chance of winning the following:
· Full range of your winning design including framed t-shirt signed by competition judges
· Signed LFC First Team 19/20 home shirt
· Hospitality for the winning family at the rescheduled LFC Legends vs Barça Legends Charity Match
NHS Charities Together, Chief Executive, Ellie Orton said: “This is such a lovely way for families to get creative over the coming few weeks. The winning design will be used to help raise money for all the frontline staff, volunteers and patients that so need our support during this pandemic. I encourage everyone to get involved and wish you good luck in your designing!”
Matt Parish, Director, LFC Foundation said: “NHS staff and health professionals on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic are working tirelessly during these challenging times. We want to show unity and support them with this special collection.
“The impact of this pandemic is likely to be felt for a long time to come and the funds raised will enable us as a Foundation to continue to help the most vulnerable in our communities through this incredibly testing time and beyond.”
