Taking part in a 5k run can seem a daunting task at first, however the Couch to 5k training plan is an excellent way to prepare and is ideal for beginners or those looking to improve their fitness ahead of the 2019 Run For The 96.

The Couch to 5K training plan can be completed at times to suit your lifestyle.  You can find a handy week-by-week guide here and also download the plan to your iTunes or Google Play.

 


Local Training Sessions

The LFC Foundation together with Liverpool City Council and Everton in the Community, have also created a series of training runs in Liverpool, where you can meet fellow Reds and get fit together!

Enter The Run For The 96 5K

After all your hard work preparing for a 5K don't forget to enter this year's race!  You can join Reds and Blues from across the city in Stanley Park on 11th May or take part in the new Virtual 5k, which you can complete anywhere and at a time to suit you. This is a great way for fans acorss the world to take part in this very worthy fundraising event.
