This is an exciting opportunity to join the LFC Foundation and lead a new flagship project.
Following a successful pilot over the summer, we are looking for an experienced project lead to shape and lead a project designed to engage large numbers of children and families in physical activity across the Liverpool City Region.
The post holder will establish a network of family friendly, high quality, football and physical activity sessions across Liverpool City Region’s parks, open spaces and traditional pitches.
As well as delivering the above, the ambition is to create a social action movement involving participants and volunteers to help enhance local communities.
The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience of project management including managing risk, leading community engagement and capacity building and implementing a robust monitoring and evaluation framework. They will also have experience and knowledge of delivering digital platforms and delivery solutions.
You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to write reports. In everything you do you will demonstrate a can do attitude and be able to hit the ground running with a passion for helping young people.
